- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped garlic, curry leaves,hing let it crackle and become crisp then add chopped tomatoes.
- Now add turmeric powder and salt and allow the tomato to get soft.
- Then add the rasam powder. Finally, add a glass of water and let it boil vigorously. At last add jaggery and tamarind pulp. And allow to boil for 3-4 mins.
