- Grind grated coconut and squeeze the coconut milk out of it.
- Take a mixi jar and add boiled mango and grind it.
- Add the grinded mixture, coconut milk, jaggery and if required salt.Boil it.
- Prepare tampering mustard, asafetida, jeera, red chilli, curry leaves with coconut oil or ghee.
- Add the tampering to the boiling rasam and rasam is ready.serve with rice.
