Instructions to make Ragda Vadapav:
  1. Firstly take 1 cup soaked white peas, add salt. pressure cook for 5 whistles.
  2. Now in a large kadai heat 2 tsp oil add jeera and hing. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic and chilli paste. Salute for 30 sec. Add boiled white peas. Add 1 boiled potato. furthermore add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp garam masala. Add salt to taste. Mix it well. Cook for 1 min. Add water and as required. Cook for 5 min low flame. Ragda is ready.
  3. For stuffing : In a large bowl add boiled potatoes, all dry masalas, chat masala, chopped coriander, lemon juice. Add tadka : 1 tsp oil, hing and add jeera and dhaniya seeds. Mix it well.
  4. Take one pav and apply potato mixture. Apply mixture in all pav.
  5. Take Another bowl and add besan, all dry masalas, chat masala and green chilli, ginger and garlic paste. Add water as required. Mix it well.
  6. Take pav having mixture and dip in to the besan and deep fry.
  7. Cook for 5-6 min in low flame.
  8. Serve with Green coriander and pudina chutney and sweet chutney. Garnish with chopped coriander and onions.
