Steps to make Cabbage Kofta curry:
- Add grated cabbage and potatoes in a bowl. Add chopped green chillies, garlic paste, chickpea, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt and ghee. Mix it well.
- Make small balls from the mixture.
- Deep fry them in a pan until it turns brown. Do not over fry.
- Keep the balls in a separate plate. For the gravy first grind tomatoes, green chillies and ginger in a grinder and make a fine paste.
- Heat 2 tablespoon oil in the same pan. Put jeera, hing and kasuri methi in it. Simmer the flame.
- Put turmeric powder and coriander powder in the oil. Do not burn it.
- Put tomato paste in the pan. Cook it until the oil separates. Put salt, black pepper and garam masala powder in it.
- Put 2 tablespoon besan. Cook it well. Put water as per consistency.
- Cover the pan and cook it for 10 minutes and then put Kofta balls in it.
- Garnish it with coriander. Serve.
