- Use 6-7 garlic cloves
- Use 1 tsp salt

- Take 1&1/2 tsp coriander powder/ dhaniya
- Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Prepare As required Kasoori methi(optional)
- Provide 1/2 glass water
- Prepare As required Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Use 2-3 tbsp oil
- Use pinch Hing /asafoetida

- Take a pan, add 2-3 tbsp oil.
- Add hing/ asafoetida, after few seconds add chopped garlic.
- Stir it and once raw aroma of garlic disappear add sliced onion.fry onions till translucent.
- Now, add spices (salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder) quantity is mentioned in ingredients. Please refer that.
- Mix it well and then add ARBI/ taro roots.
- Add 1/2 glass water. Give it a good mix and cover it for 6-7 minutes approx.

- Add garam masala and mix well.
