- Heat oil add boneless cubes & g.g paste fry for a min.. Then add tomatoes & all spices..
- Bhounfy till oil separate.. then add little water & cook until meat tender..
- Now add brown onion & cook for another 5 mins
- For curry: Blend yogurt,gram flour,salt,green chillies, desicated coconut & turmeric powder with little water..
- Now In a pot heat oil(2tbsp) red button chillies,curry leaves & garlic.. when arona start Add blended mixture into it..
- Now add 3,4 cup water & stir continuously for 10 mins with hand whisk.. so it does not get lumpy.. Now cook for 20min on low flame..
- Boil sphagetti with salt & oil..
- Assembling: In a bowl add layer of spaghetti,the beef mixture,curry mixture & sprinkle some chopped coriander..
- Serve with crispy crackers,chewra,chilli chips.. some are add brown onion,fried spaghetti too
