- Prepare 1 and half cup Leftover Karelay pyaz
- Prepare half kg Minced beef
- You need 2 medium sized onions sliced
- Use 3-4 Tomatoes sliced

- Use Tamarind pulp (optional)

Steps to make Qeema karelay:
- Heat Oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown.
- Now put whole spices & cumin seeds and fry for 1 min.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and saute it for few seconds and add minced beef with turmeric powder and fry till it water dries.
- Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder & tomatoes give it a good mix and let it cook till tomatoes becomes soft.
- Now add half cup water, cover the lid and let it cook until water dries on medium flame.
- Now add whole spice powder and bhunofy it untill oil seperates.
- Now add green chillies, tamarind pulp & leftover Karelay pyaz in it. Give it a good stir and cover the lid. Cook it for more 5 mins on low flame.
- Sprinkle cilantro and turn of the flame. & Voilaaa it's Yummm…
- Serve it with Paratha, chapati or Naan & Enjoy !
