  2. Boil potato & peas till tender.mash them finely.
  3. Boil maccroni in water with 1/2 tsp salt &1 tsp oil.boil till aldante.drain water & keep aside.
  4. When beef is soft & water is dried up remove bayleaf.chop beef with salt,coriander,red chilli powder,garam masala & maccroni.
  5. Mix mash potato & peas in chopped beef later.(do not add mash potato peas while grinding mixture might get soft & watery).I have added sumac & zatar in it.it's optional if not available
  6. Make oblong shape kababs with chopped beef mixture.moist palm of youf hand with oil or water while making kababs.with same quantity almost 13-15 kababs can be made as they are thick.
  7. First roll in egg then in bread crumbs then fry in oil.shallow or deep both ways.
  8. Serve labnani kabab or Lebanese kebab with cheese salad,tahinni,pickled chillies,lemon.
